My name is Claire Tāne and I am an emerging ceramic artist based in Te Awamutu, New Zealand. Having no formal training, my work is constantly evolving and developing.

Inspired by art deco and modernist design -  my pieces consist of hand built and wheel thrown functional and non functional ware with vibrant glazes and sculptural elements.
